Haier, according to consumer compensation regulations, have the following warranty programs. |

Warranty Period |
|

1. |
Warranty period means the time period which the manufacturer guarantees free repair for malfunctions that occur under normal use.
|
| 2. |
The warranty period is calculated based on the date of purchase, and it will be verified by the
warranty certificate, including the sales receipt.
If there is no warranty certificate, the warranty conditions will be determined by the warranty
regulations published at the time of manufacture, and date of purchase will be calculated at
3 months beyond the year and month of manufacture. |

In the following cases, the warranty period will be applied at 1/2. |
|

1. If a home-use washer is used for business (Sauna, baths, laundry services)
2. Use in non-normal circumstances, such as on a ship or in a vehicle.
3. Installation in a public area of extremely frequent use (e.g., factories, dormitories)
4. Other use other than use at home (e.g., video shops) |

|
Warranty period does not apply for used goods. |
|

Used goods or imitations shall not be subject to warranty, and in case of impossibility of repair,
no compensation is guaranteed. |

|
|
Goods supplied by separate contracts. |
|
| |
Goods supplied by separate contracts will be given warranty based on that contract. |

- Normal Products: 1 Year
- Seasonal Products: 2 Years (Air conditioners, fans, etc) |

Warranty period for parts |

Warranty period for parts means warranty for separate parts, and the periods
are as follows. |

For normal parts, in principle, the same period will be applied as normal
product
warranty. |
| (however, core parts will have separate policies) |

Recurrence of same defect (Re-repair) |

If the same problem persists after repair by authorized engineer, it will be free if done within
3 months. However, if, at the most recent repair, the part was not replaced, the fee for part
will
be charged. |

If a problem persists for a core/important part within six months, the repair will be free. |

Standards for Designation of “Core” Part |

A core part is a part that is vital to the functions of the product, and has relatively higher
percentage in the product’s total cost. |
